We are specialists in surface treatments for the processing and finishing of metal products, aluminum and its alloys.

We have a semi-automatic oxidation plant consisting of 316 stainless steel tanks measuring 3300x1000x900mm (LxWxH), equipped with a radio-controlled bridge crane.

On the same system, there is an additional tank for treatment with SURTEC 650.

The coloring system consists of 9 tanks with dimensions 1500x750x900mm (WxDxH), with radio-controlled semi-automatic overhead crane and automatic control system for temperatures and PH.

The plant for the treatment of ferrous material is instead composed of tanks with maximum dimensions of 1400x800x900mm (WxDxH).

For galvanic treatments, we have achieved the following certifications of excellence: ISO 9100-2018 (ICIM body) ISO 9001-2015 (ICIM body), FDA certification for lead-free chemical nickel (by using of Coventya certified products).

Among our instruments, we boast Dualscope MP40 (Fischer portable thickness gauge), X-RAY xdl 230 (Fischerscope fixed X-ray thickness gauge), Forced ventilation Falc STF-FR oven with ramp (for thermal treatment tests), Hitachi vulcan Expert (laser analyzer with Libs technology of alloys of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, cobalt, chromium, nickel, copper, steels, etc. with the possibility of issuing certification 3.1), Insize microscope ISM-PM 200 (microscope 200x).

On request, it is possible to perform salt spray tests with your own room or at an accredited center.
